Subscription Terms

1. Free Trial Period

   The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid weekly plan at $4.99/week unless canceled before the trial ends.

2. Payment and Renewal

   Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Cancellation

   You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

   Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged.

5. Price Changes

   We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal period after notice is provided.

6. Service Access

   Your subscription provides access to Fair VPN services according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service with notice.

How to Manage Subscriptions

To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Find "Fair VPN" in your active subscriptions
5. Select your desired action (change plan or cancel)
